Dr. Michael Moorman

Dr. Moorman has been an instructor for D.E.R. for the past year, teaching the Verbal and Quantitative Ability sections of the GRE preparation course. He currently teaches and consults with organizations offering advanced English as a Second Language (ESL) programs. He holds degrees in business administration from Kent State University (math minor), Indiana University (MBA), and the University of Washington (Ph.D. in organization theory and administrative behavior).

He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at universities in California, Japan, Alaska, Maryland, and Virginia. In addition to his teaching experience Dr. Moorman has worked as an IT manager in the three branches of the federal government and in the Governor's Office, State of Alaska. He is a certified instructor in adult education and in using the Internet in Higher Education.
